As you probably know, Education or Training is the "essence" of any network marketing business in this fastest growing industry. I am happy to say that Green Valley is very strong on education and training, not only the company paid special attention to it and we have the best training system and international trainer's team. My self is not only the president of European region but also a certified and recognized trainer in the industry. I have been many years training experience in network marketing business and I know how important to you for your business success and personal development.

Green Valley has always focused resources into the training area, in order to provide each and every distributor with the tools needed to become an expert in both the products and the business. There are series of training courses has been designed in which you are all encouraged to study and learn.

OPP (Open Plan Presentation): This presentation includes both an introduction to the company and an overview of the products, business opportunity and compensation plan. The program is mainly tailored for prospects and newcomers to the business. (All distributors have an invitation to attend as it provides a refresher)

NDO (New Distributor's Orientation): This training course has been fundamentally designed to teach the technique of how to build a networking business. All distributors are encouraged to practice these three steps: Try, Learn and Teach on a consistent basis.

PT (Product Training): Provides a clearer understanding of Green Valley Healthcare Products and the principles of "Chinese Traditional Healthcare Culture" hand in hand with modern high technology; the importance of good health and the key steps on how to maximize the most from the Green Valley Products.

CPT (Compensation Plan Training): The purpose of this training is to equip our distributors to know about Green Valley's compensation plan in detail so that they could work to get maximum out of our compensation Plan and to avoid the common mistakes which a new distributor could easily do at the start of their business due to the absence of right knowledge and direction about how to structure their business.

LT (Leadership training): This training course is for senior distributors and leaders who need to further deep trainings to overcome their bottle-neck and to make sure that they can achieve higher level and great success. The leadership training will be organized within the country or internationally (China, other regions or other countries) from time to time.

TT (Trainer's training): The purpose of this training is to build up a trainer's team among distributors and top leaders and equip them with all the knowledge and skill to conduct different kind of qualified trainings for distributors. These trainers will be certified and get compensation from the company for conducting their trainings in different locations.
